1.How many Online Newsletters does IMMS offer?
The 12 IMMS Online Newsletters are targeted to specific markets:

2. How often do the Newsletters come out?
All 12 Newsletters appear monthly. This library of Newsletters gives your clients and prospects a total of 144 issues a year — that’s 12 Newsletters every month!
3. What are the benefits of offering a maximum number of Newsletters in your Web site’s library?
The more online newsletters you offer, the better. Even if you don't target all of the markets that the Newsletters cover, the more Newsletters you put on your site, the better your chances of enjoying otherwise lost opportunities for warm inquires that can generate cross-sales or provide leads to your main business lines.
4. How do I add the Newsletters to our Web site?
IMMS e-mails the hyperlinks containing the Newsletters to you and/or your Webmaster shortly after payment. All you have to do is cut and paste them to a Newsletter or News section on your site. New issues will update automatically as they appear, in the first week of each month. The built-in "Archives Section" will save the previous issues automatically.
5. To what extent can we customize our Newsletters?
Feel free to do just about anything you want except altering article content. For example, you might add your agency logo to, or have it replace, a Newsletter’s "header," delete articles, change fonts and/or colors — even put the content on your site’s search engine. All your Webmaster has to do is click on the hyperlinks IMMS sends, and then cut and paste the source HTML from the IMMS Web server, rather than cutting and pasting the link to your Web page. You can also send individual newsletters to producers who specialize in particular lines. Talk to your IT professional about how you can customize the Newsletters on your Web site and in e-mails.
6. How can we market our Newsletters through e-mail?
Some agencies supplement the "come-and-go-as-you-like" Web-based Newsletter library with a low-key "push" e-marketing strategy. Here’s how it works: each month, send your client/prospect base a brief "e-Mail Alert" that gives the titles of the latest Newsletters, together with short teaser summaries about the articles they contain — and hyperlinks to the articles (IMMS will e-mail you these summaries at the beginning of each month). If clients and prospects want to check out an article, they can click directly to it; or if nothing interests them that month, you've saved them time.
You can also e-mail the newsletter(s) of your choice directly to targeted lists of clients, or invite them to read these newsletters directly on your Web site. This offers the benefit of taking them to your site.
To build your Newsletter reader e-list by having prospects and clients add themselves to this list, we recommend that your Webmaster add a Login and Register section to your Newsletter library title page.
7. What type of support does IMMS provide Newsletter subscribers?
