To help you get the most out of your IMMS Online Newsletters, we offer these recommendations:

Read the monthly IMMS Online Newsletter E-Mail Alert for marketing and advertising ideas, tips, and suggestions;
Display the logos and links for the Newsletters on your home page. For a sample, click here;
Create a Newsletter page on your site with logos and links For a sample, click here;
Mine your general mailing list to determine which clients and prospects should receive specific Newsletters. Then send a targeted e-mail announcing your Newsletter.
Encourage your customers/prospects to use the response form at the bottom of the Newsletter and/or contact your agency for their insurance needs.
Include a “subscribe/unsubscribe” option in the Newsletter e-mail messages (and the Newsletter area of your site). This is a great way to collect client and prospect e-mail addresses — and it eliminates any spamming issues, since the reader must choose to subscribe.
